ITEM: Antique Rudy Bros. Triptych Stained Glass Window
DESCRIPTION: Triptych stained glass window circa 1890. Scene depicts Jesus with Martha and Mary. This rare and beautiful stained glass window was from Saint Peters Episcopal church of Pittsburgh, PA. This stained glass window was made by the famous Rudy Bros. Co. One publication has referred to J. Horace Rudy as "-- an artist to rival the likes of Tiffany and LaFarge." The whole window is completely double layered glass. There are three ventilators windows that went underneath the triptych set with scripture reference to the scene. Also see photo with Rudy Bros. signature. Window has lots of Tiffany glass.
